We're launching monthly litter picks around Walworth! Starting this Sunday 11th October! 

Morning session Litter pick 11am-1pm

Social and debrief 1pm-2pm

Afternoon Session Leafletting 2pm-4pm

Taking place on the second Sunday of the month, we'll be tackling littering hotspots and working with the councillors to make a plan to improve things moving forward. Whether that mean beautifying neglected SUDS, requesting new bins or clearing our tree cages that have been used as a dumping ground! We'll be covering North Walworth, Faraday and Newington wards during our litter picks. Let us know if there's a spot you think would benefit from a little TLC in these wards and we might be heading there next! 

This month we'll be looking at the streets near East Street Market and around the Browning Estate picking up litter, making observations and suggesting ideas to make things better in the area. The meeting point is outside Rocket Van on Brandon Street at 11am. 

All equipment is provided, including gloves, but feel free to bring your own equipment if you have it! Please RSVP so we know how much stuff to bring! 

In the afternoon we'll be getting our Thank You leaflets out to North Walworth. We're encouraging our members to leaflet with a buddy for social and safety!
