I am writing to give notice of the next members’ business meeting (MM) that shall be immediately followed by an extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

Any motions or proposed amendments proposed from this point including at the meeting should be in writing and directed to myself.

I'll be at the meeting venue from 6.30pm.

Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)

A request has been received by 10 members for an EGM. The main business being a request for an AGM (annual general meeting). As an AGM can be called by a members’ business meeting, we are scheduling the EGM after the members’ meeting.
