Join the Green Party bloc at the Global Day of Action for Climate Justice in London!

On 6 November 2021, as world leaders meet in Glasgow for the COP26 Global Climate Summit, towns and cities across the world will take to the streets demanding global climate justice.  It will take place against a background of accelerating climate disasters all around the world.

And it cannot afford to fail.

In London, members from Southwark Green Party will join the Green Party bloc at 12pm outside the Bank of England (at the north end of King William Street, EC3V 9JU),before marching to Trafalgar Square for a rally at 3pm.

This year, the United Nations Climate Change Conference, also known as COP26, is being hosted by the UK in Glasgow from 31 October to 12 November 2021.

To promote the bold and ambitious policies that are needed to meet the 1.5C Paris target, the Green Party will be working to widen the range of policies that are part of the national debate and to influence governments to take action.
